Users shall not record sessions (audio, video, or chat) without explicit consent from all participants.
Users shall not engage in harassment, hate speech, or sharing of prohibited content.
IMPORTANT: Listeners on this platform are for emotional support and peer connection. They are not medical professionals, licensed therapists, or crisis counselors. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please contact 112 (India) or your local emergency services.
The platform uses a virtual currency ("Coins") for sessions. All purchases are final. Refunds are only issued at the discretion of the Platform in cases of technical failure or verified misconduct by a consultant.
